Caroline's Salon was founded in the heart of Lafayette and has grown up alongside this community ever since. What began as one stylist's vision for a salon that felt different has become one of the most trusted names in East Bay hair, built appointment by appointment and relationship by relationship.
The salon takes its name from its founder, Caroline, who built something lasting here before passing the torch to new ownership and returning to what she loves most: being behind the chair. That continuity matters. The things that made this salon great were never in the walls. They were always in the people.
Today, Caroline's is home to a team of stylists whose experience spans from emerging talent to seasoned masters with decades behind the chair. What holds them together isn't just technical skill.
